One Million Robotic Arms

There is a reflective relationship between the subject and camera, the artist and the viewer. The camera is void of any emotion because it is an apparatus. The artist is played on loop on the video monitor. You are sitting on the couch, perhaps a bit tired from walking around, and you stumble across a screen. There are one million robotic arms manufacturing TV monitors somewhere in the world. Maybe a bit more. I like the use of video art as a performance gesture. Stacking styrofoam blocks, writing nonsensical notation, and dub smash beats...it is semiotic abstraction filled with imaginative possibilities.
