Infinity Island

The title, Infinity Island, was inspired by the World islands in the UAE, a man-made archipelago in the shape of the world map off the coast of Dubai and a major commercial venture that has been halted several times. Running off the notion of infinite systems of capital, the artificial intelligent imagery purposefully invites a viewer's sense of eternity, or the everlasting now, to be in partnership with a globalized economy. A play with animation and computer generated imagery results with how ideas can bring a force bigger than the art, jumping from the sociopolitical, into what I refer to as Projectile Vision. Often, empty digital aesthetics could mean something powerful and menacing.
